15+ Line Item Error Resolved
Yesterday we told you about an error message we were experiencing on any cart with 15 or more individual line items. When the error message displayed, the order was deleted and not submitted. This error has been resolved, and you can now submit an order with 15+ line items.
If you or your customer received this error when submitting an order this week, it was not processed. You will also not see it in your Order History. You will want to submit the order again. Additionally, if you received this error on a cart you were submitting with any redemption items in it, and they no longer appear in the Redeem Tab for you, Consultant Support is authorized to issue those items. Please reach out to Support with the specific item you were redeeming.
