Customer Support Update
Along with these helpful videos, we also have an update from our Customer Support Team to share with you. Starting on Friday, June 10, 2022, Posh Customer Support chats and phones will no longer be available, but you will still be able to contact the support team via email at email@example.com. The support team will be fully-staffed and working hard to respond to your questions and needs as quickly as possible. This is temporary. As we fully transition over, the Customer Support team will be back to take your calls and answer your chats. If you submitted a support ticket prior to June 10, 2022 and your ticket has not been resolved, please know that our team is working to resolve your queries as expeditiously as they can.
