We have fantastic news! Our Posh Consultant Support Team and the Innov8tive Support Team are now working together under one system. Now, we’ll be able to answer all of your questions and provide solutions in a more timely and efficient manner.

If you find that you’re having trouble, here are a few user tips:
Login to your account using the email address you used to login to your previous Posh Consultant account
Click the “forgot password link,” check your email, then follow the steps to reset your password from the email that was sent to you
If your customers see an image asking for a Web ID, give them your Promoter Referrer Code. To find your Referrer Code, sign into your Back Office. At the top right of the page, click on your name, then click settings. Once you are in settings, you will see a tab that says “referrer code,” on the left.
