We know there have been some issues with rolling out the new Host Rewards program, and we sincerely apologize. We are finalizing some changes to the Host dashboard, where it has been showing the wrong prizes at the different levels, as well as working on an improved Host Exclusive Store. We are very close to having these issues resolved and are looking to have them up and running for you again Friday morning. If you have closed a qualifying party for the Host Exclusive Store, you will get a new coupon in your My Rewards Tab on Friday so that you can easily redeem them and get your free products (and we'll even have an easy how-to video!). Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we roll out this new program.
