The Support Report - January 6th, 2021
Support is roughly around 48 hrs of response time for RMA’s. There are a high amount of inquiries that we are waiting to hear back. Once we hear back we will be able to complete the replacement request.
Due to the holiday weekend Support is a little outside 48 hrs of response time for tickets, but Support has a goal to be within 24 hrs by Thursday. Phone calls have an average this week with a waiting time of under 1:30 mins and chats a waiting time average of under 3:00 mins.
Jamaican Me Crazy Incentive
Perfectly Posh just launched an incentive that starts January 1st, 2021 – March 31, 2021 and you guys are putting the pedal to the metal already! Support is getting some volume on inquiries mentioning they are missing rank advancement points. You will not earn the rank advancement points until the month of January is closed out.
Your points are determined by whatever the highest rank you hit on October 1, 2020 – Dec 31, 2020. If you hit higher than that in January then you will get the rank advancement points for that tier.
Support has an estimate on completing all EOM inquiries by Thursday January 7th in the morning. If your recruit joined in Decemeber, but is still showing in January that will be adjusted Thursday afternoon before commissions are paid out. We are looking at paying everyone out sometime on Friday if everything goes as planned.
