Support is consistently staying on top of inquiries. They are working within a day's time frame of resolving RMA inquiries.
Current Tickets & Stats
Support is within an average response time of 24 hours for support tickets. This week Support has an average waiting time for phones under :15 seconds and chats under :30 seconds.
The last update Support mentioned that the Host is able to view their party correctly, but if you are the Consultant of the party and not the Host, you may not have access and are getting an error. The Web Dev team has fixed that error and now Consultants of that party have access to view.

Monday 5/31/21 is EOM and Memorial day. With it being a holiday, Support will only be open that day from 3:30pm - 11:59pm (MT) for EOM chat inquiries only.
Although, Support will have regular hours this Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (MT). If you have any issues or inquiries that will affect your monthly commissions or stats please feel free to contact the support team on Saturday.
Due to a high volume of orders being submitted for month end, if your order is under review don’t worry. Please allow 24-48 hrs for it to process and it will be backdated to the original date it was placed.
If you are not able to complete a live chat, don't worry. You can submit a support ticket under the category End of Month and your inquiry will be escalated before we pull the monthly reports.
